Concept Music wins a Gold Award for Excellence in Customer Service.




In my opinion the words "Customer Service" are such a cliche these days that I feel they are almost meaningless so I try never to use them... my instructions to all the staff here at Concept Music has always been "Don't SAY we give good customer service. Just DO it".  So it was very humbling & gratifying to unexpectedly receive a letter in the mail today, along with this Certificate, telling us we have been given a Gold Award for Excellence in Customer Service by the Australian Business Quality Awards.
Thank you very much to the anonymous person who recently nominated us for this Award. After they subsequently contacted a number of our customers (who apparently had to answer a rather lengthy questionnaire) we got this in the morning mail today.... a tribute to all the staff here at Concept.
